Robert D. HaswellPrior to co-founding Dominus Capital, Mr. Haswell worked with Mr. Binning at both Quad-C Management, Inc. and Paribas Principal Partners conducting private equity investments in the middle market. Before Paribas Principal Partners, Mr. Haswell was in Paribas' Merchant Banking Group, with responsibility for making and monitoring senior bank loans, subordinated debt and equity investments. Prior to Paribas, Mr. Haswell was with Ernst & Young in the U.S. and in South Africa, providing audit, tax, accounting and consulting services.

Mr. Haswell received a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Natal, South Africa. Mr. Haswell also holds a post-graduate diploma in Accounting from the University of Natal.
