Edward T. HarveyPrior to joining Dominus, Mr. Harvey was a General Partner of Quad-C Management, Inc. for 13 years and retired from the firm in 2003. Before Quad-C, Mr. Harvey was the Senior Vice President for Corporate Development for W.R. Grace & Co. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (symbol RRGB), a publicly-traded casual dining restaurant company headquartered in Denver, CO and is also an active early-stage venture capital angel investor.

Mr. Harvey received a B.A. degree in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
